Solutions To Simplify Your Business

Warehouse Transfers
  • Warehouse transfers can be done from the app.
  • When work for an item is complete, it needs to go to the next station (Warehouse in Evolution). This is done by using our scanner to do a warehouse transfer. This transfer can either be done immediately as the item is scanned, or it can be done as a batch.
  • Either way, all items will be transferred using the scanner and not using an Excel file.
Sales Orders
  • Sales orders and quotes can be created and printed from the application.
  • Picking slips can be printed from the application, and dispatch can be managed with barcode scanning.
Procurement
  • Procurement is a popular application.
  • A PO Request can be approved before the application automatically creates a Sage Purchase Order.
  • The PO workflow can be based on department or cost centre, and the price of the purchase.
  • Each approver can be assigned to a fixed level of spend. If the approver is authorised to approve the amount of the PO Request, the app will create a Sage PO on their approval.
  • If not, it will go to the next level.
  • When doing a GRV, we search the PO Number, and the items will display. The user can then enter quantities and scan in barcodes.
Dispatch
  • TGRS has a sales order module that helps with the process of getting the correct serial number onto the sales order and invoice.
    1. The Sales order is created in Evolution or our TGRS Application (still to be determined).
    2. The user puts the sales order onto the TGRS Sales Order Schedule by entering the sales order number and pressing the save button.
    3. TGRS then provides a picking slip and puts the items on the wallboard.
    4. The staff will pick the items and scan in the serial numbers.
    5. When the picking is done, the user can process the sales order as it now has all the correct serial numbers. At the same time the user can package the selected items.
Forecasting
  • The Forecasting application gives you a dashboard view of what your stock looks like.
  • It takes into account the monthly average sales, lead time on orders, and minimum order quantity, and it tells you how many months on hand you have for each item. Purchase Orders can be generated on the screen by simply entering the order quantity, and a full PO will be created in Sage.
GRV
  • The GRV module is designed to streamline the process of GRVing items into stock.
  • The user will import the purchase order into the receiving schedule and then simply scan in the received products.
